Let's Break Patton's Political Grift Together. Vote for Parma Heights City Councilwoman Sue Durichko.

Ohio finally has the opportunity to move on from career politician Tom Patton's lifelong grift. The taxpayers have suffered enough. He is an example of what happens when career politicians have lost touch with the working people. The saddest part? It has been at your expense.

This character has demonstrated time and again - he is out of touch and doesn't believe he should have to follow the rules he expects you to follow! 

He veils his ivory tower elitism in the trappings of his parents' working-class past. A past he's long forgotten. A past he's disconnected himself from for decades by trading your dreams, your future, your prosperity for his personal aggrandizement. 

He's done this by aligning himself with and kowtowing to the Columbus elite. People hundreds of miles away from our district. He does this because he thinks so little of you that he believes you'll never know.

That's right. It sure looks like he's figured out a scam to translate $800,000.00 of campaign donations into lining his own wallet. Many people in our district will never make $800,000.00 in their lifetime. But Tom...Tom's figured out how to use $800,000.00 as a slush fund for him and his family's entertainment. 

You might ask where he gets his hand on this kind of campaign cash. Well, it's usually by pretending to protect his constituents and then double-dealing them with big Political Action Committees for the Nursing Home or Energy Industry. 

Heck,  they lined Tom's coffers with $157,000 in the last few years alone. Don't take our word for it though.  Again, you can see for yourself by clicking right here:
Patton's meddling to presumably secure campaign donations isn't solely restricted to our district though. He's got no reservations about playing in the village politics of rich school districts seemingly unrelated to him... until one connects the dots and realizes, "Oh, there are a lot of wealthy campaign donors that must live there and would benefit from Tom's support." 

Here he is, at it again. Thinking his own residents won't even know he's trying to destroy their schools by backdooring a deal in a district most of us don't even know where it is. 

This sure doesn't seem like the way you protect working people to us. Cutting deals for exclusive village elitists at the expense of the local schools. What would Jesus say?

But alas, this behavior appears to be the real character of Tom Patton. They say past performance is the best indicator of future performance. Well, we have 20 years of it with this guy now.
